Overview:

We are looking for Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and has experience in telecom-integrated applications. You will be responsible for not only building scalable, high-performing systems but also for guiding and developing a team of engineers toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust web applications using technologies such as .NET, Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy), and PHP.
  • Mentor and train junior to mid-level developers, conducting regular code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers to deliver cohesive, responsive applications using
  • Architect and integrate telecom APIs and tools (e.g., xCally, Twilio) into current and new applications.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, scalability, and performance across all layers of the stack.
  • Take ownership of database optimization, architecture, and implementation (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Work closely with Product and QA teams to define technical requirements and deliver on project milestones.
  • Implement and improve DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Foster a collaborative, proactive development culture that emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and bring best practices to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
  • Demonstrated experience training or managing a team of developers.
  • Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ).
  • Strong command of backend languages and frameworks: .NET, Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy), and PHP.
  • Hands-on experience with database development and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with telecom applications and APIs, specifically xCally and Twilio.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
