The Flexo Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set-up flexo printing machine ( plates, inks, substrates, and rollers) according to job orders.
- Monitor print quality, color accurancy and registration during production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machine to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or printing issues.
- Record production data such as output, waste , and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
