Royale Cold Storage is a leading cold storage and logistics provider in the Philippines, committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. We are looking for a qualified OSH Nurse to support our workplace health and safety programs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and promote employee health and wellness in the workplace.
• Provide first aid, emergency care, and basic medical assistance to employees as needed.
• Conduct health assessments, medical check-ups, and screenings.
• Maintain accurate health records and reports for all employees.
• Assist in the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies and programs.
• Support incident investigations, accident reporting, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with management, HR, and safety officers to ensure compliance with OSH standards.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably with OSH training or certification.
• Knowledge of occupational health, safety protocols, and first aid procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime if required.
• Amenable to work in Cabuyao, Laguna.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php123,456.00 per month
