Position: Hatchery Technician – Grand Parent Farm

Schedule: Full-time, Stay-in

Location: Libona, Bukidnon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Hatchery Technician to support our operations at the Breeder Grand Parent Farm in Libona, Bukidnon. This role is responsible for the proper handling of hatching eggs, incubation, and chick processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to upholding biosecurity and animal welfare standards in a controlled farm environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, Agriculture or any related field
• Preferably with farm or hatchery experience
• Knowledge of hatchery processes and animal welfare standards is an advantage
• Willing to stay in the farm on a full-time basis
• Physically fit, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hatchery equipment including setters and hatchers
• Monitor incubation temperature, humidity, and egg rotation schedules
• Conduct candling, egg transfer, and hatching procedures
• Assist in chick counting, sexing, and delivery preparation
• Maintain accurate records of hatchery data and daily reports
• Ensure cleanliness, disinfection, and compliance with biosecurity protocols
