About the role

As the POS Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's point-of-sale systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain robust compliance procedures.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and oversee the implementation of POS compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory guidelines
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of POS systems to identify and address any non-compliance issues
  3. Liaise with IT, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance measures
  4. Provide training and support to staff on POS compliance requirements
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  6. Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance status and recommend improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a POS compliance or audit role within the healthcare or medical industry
  2. In-depth knowledge of POS systems, payment processing, and relevant compliance regulations
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve compliance issues
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines
  6. Certification in POS compliance or auditing is preferred
