Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for handling a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role supports both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services such as employee records, HRIS updates, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations; update HR policies accordingly.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by liaising with finance/payroll and external providers.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, warnings, memos, and other records.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
