Your Role**As a Senior Graphic Designer, you are responsible for:

  • Develop and execute creative concepts across various mediums including merchandise and promotional products.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and collateral.
  • Design and build engaging EDMs.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimise layouts for mobile and desktop, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Handle mock-ups, design work, art approvals (signed client contracts), EDMs, and occasional web uploads.
  • Create detailed product mock-ups and visual proofs for client and internal review.
  • Manage the art approval process, ensuring accuracy of branding, colours, and specifications before production.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to finalise artwork for production.
  • Design custom promotional products, packaging, and branding assets that meet client briefs.
  • Collaborate with account managers and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality output.
  • Prepare and upload creative assets, product images, or banners (not very often).
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain an organised digital asset library and ensure all files are version-controlled and properly archived.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with EDM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and colour theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
