Job Summary:

The Travel Specialist is responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This includes providing expert advice, managing bookings, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, etc.).
  • Provide recommendations on destinations, hotels, activities, and travel packages based on client preferences and budget.
  • Research and stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry developments.
  • Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and process bookings accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with vendors (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) to secure the best deals and ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Manage client concerns and provide customer support throughout the entire booking and travel process.
  • Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client information.
  • Promote and upsell additional travel products or services (travel insurance, tours, upgrades, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.
  • Provide post-trip support, ensuring clients are satisfied and addressing any issues or feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in the travel industry or customer service (preferably as a travel consultant or specialist).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, flight and accommodation booking systems, and travel regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software/systems.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
