Job Description:
The Office Encoder Processor is responsible for accurately encoding, processing, and managing data to ensure efficient record-keeping and documentation. This role involves entering information into databases, verifying the accuracy of data, maintaining files, and supporting office operations with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encode and process data into the company's systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and cross-check encoded information to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Assist in generating reports and documents as required.
- Communicate with relevant departments to clarify or validate data as necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of encoding tasks to support smooth workflow operations.
- Perform basic administrative support such as filing, scanning, and sorting documents.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency and precision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
8 AM to 5 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
- Php 695/day
- Medicard for employees with tenure of 1 year & above
