ONBOARD EXPERIENCE AS FOURTH ENGINEER IN THE SAME TYPE OF VESSELS

WITH VALID TRAVEL DOCUMENTS  

WITH VALID LICENSE AND CERTIFICATES

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS:

SEA SERVICE RECORD 

PASSPORT 

SEAMAN'S BOOK 

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL (IF APPLICABLE) 

TRAINING CERTIFICATES AND COP 

PHILHEALTH MDR 

SSS (IC, E1 or E4)
