Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be graduate of BS Customs Administration
2. Licensed Customs Broker will be given priority
3. with at least 3-5 years experience in the Customs Brokerage field.
4. Process driven with a passion for leading a team.
5. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
6. Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
7. Pro-active and strong organizational skills.
8. Has the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively
9. Must be resilient and has exceptional attention to detail.
10. Ability to multitask.
Job Description:
Understanding of the import documentation process
Monitor team performance against Company standards and department goals; regular shipment documents and accounting.
Issue work instructions to team members to ensure timely and orderly file flow including release, billing, etc.
Follow up on documentation discrepancy issues which requires the ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and foreign origins.
Able to monitor ConDep as instructed by Operations Manager and OIC.
Understanding of air, ocean and road transport routings
Well rounded knowledge of the customs tariff, regulations and system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
