Job Description

The On-the-Job Trainee will support the laboratory's current task force by performing basic tasks after receiving appropriate training. This role is designed to help alleviate the workload of analysts, allowing them to focus on more complex responsibilities and improve turnaround time (TAT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist analysts with routine laboratory tasks.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
  • Gain hands-on experience in laboratory activities.
  • Enhance laboratory skills and techniques.

This internship offers valuable experience and skill development for students pursuing a career in laboratory science.

Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work onsite (Makati office)
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Data entry experience
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment
