Opportunity Overview  

  • Sourcing and Canvassing requirements from planners and engineers
  • Execute, Update, Expedite RFQs
  • Checks PDM, Agile, ESI
  • Work with Vend_admin for new vendor creation
  • Quote verification against Std and Contract Pricing
  • Check stocks from other division
  • Price delivery and payment negotiation
  • PO issuance and monitoring
  • Update Open PO report for delivery status
  • Coordination with planners, engineers, warehouse, CM, CE, traffic, PCO and suppliers
  • Escalation with CM, CE
  • Merlin WO creation
  • Resolve matching holds issues
  • Supplier Evaluation through the use of scorecard
  • Updates RCIA for late POs
  • Facilitates shipments with UPS on Asia vendors

  • BS in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent with 3-5 years experience in related work.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in completing result-oriented projects and has the ability to manage priorities in international business environment
  • Has a high sense of urgency in dealing with the job and can interface with different level of positions in the organization
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to perform multi-tasks
  • Oracle MRP experience desirable
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • DPSM/APICS certification is a plus but not a requirement
  • Great attention to details
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule when the need arises
