Work you'll do

  • Documentation and implementation of transfer pricing policies from set up.
  • Participation and note taking in meetings with clients
  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation in relation to various intercompany transactions
  • Assist clients with the preparation of the TP Disclosure Forms
  • Preparation of transfer pricing and other analyses in relation to dispute resolution and negotiations with the tax office
  • Liaison between transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and other relevant service areas
  • Transfer pricing advisory
  • Country-by-Country reporting advisory and compliance
  • Working with clients in a broad range of industries.
  • Conducting benchmarking analysis using databases (TP Catalyst) and related tools

Requirements

  • Education. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance, or similar fields.
  • Work Experience. Preferably, with at least 2-3 years of TP-related work experience.
  • Certifications. None required.
  • Other Qualifications.
  • Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills.
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
  • Drive, tenacity, and results oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Excellent control of MS Office applications. Working knowledge of database tools like TP Catalyst and Taxmodel will be added advantage.
