Provide First Aid and Emergency Care:

  • Administer first aid to employees for injuries or illnesses sustained during working hours.
  • Handle emergency cases and coordinate with hospitals or other healthcare providers as necessary.

Health Monitoring and Medical Records:

  • Conduct regular health assessments for employees, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and other vital sign checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees.
  • Keep track of employee health trends and suggest interventions as necessary.

Health Programs and Wellness Initiatives:

  • Plan and implement health promotion and wellness programs (e.g., vaccination drives, fitness challenges, health seminars).
  • Educate employees about health issues, disease prevention, and safe workplace practices.
  • Advise employees on how to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Workplace Safety and Compliance:

  • Assist in ensuring that the company adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections and hazard assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in the creation and revision of company health and safety policies.

Employee Support and Referrals:

  • Offer counseling and support to employees dealing with stress, anxiety, or work-related health issues.
  • Refer employees to external healthcare providers when needed for specialized medical care.

Manage Health-related Supplies:

  • Ensure the availability and proper management of first aid kits and other medical supplies.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory of necessary medical equipment and supplies.

Health Education:

  • Develop and distribute informational materials about common health issues and preventive care.
  • Organize workshops or seminars on health and wellness topics.

– Fast learner, Can do attitude, High level of written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively and provide support and advice to stakeholders and people of diverse cultures, customer service oriented
