barista (malate)

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, ensuring consistency in drink quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and equipment.
• Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and process customer payments accurately.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in inventory checks and report low-stock items to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support other team members during busy hours or special events.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
