Associate Lawyer

Minimum Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree;
• At least 1-3 years experience in a law firm
• Membership in good standing in the Philippine bar;
• Excellent academic credentials;
• Preferably CPA Lawyer (Accounting Lawyer) but not necessary
• Has interest in tax, corporate law, litigation, mergers & acquisition, and more.
• Highest degree of professional ethics and integrity;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting and review of pleadings, contracts, letters, and other legal documents;
• Representation of clients in meetings and hearings;
• Processing of transactions, permits, licenses, and registrations before the different government agencies;
• Due diligence;
• Negotiations;
• Legal research; and
• Legal consultation for clients.
