The Mathematics Instructor is responsible for innovatively teaching tertiary-level students in Mathematics and related disciplines. Other essential job roles are as follows:

  • Develop engaging and comprehensive lesson plans and instructional strategies aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
  • Integrate real-life applications and technology to enhance mathematical understanding and critical thinking.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students to help them master complex mathematical concepts.
  • Design and implement varied teaching activities such as workshops, group problem-solving sessions, and math-related competitions.
  • Conduct fair, objective, and timely assessments through quizzes, examinations, projects, and performance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education major in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Full-fledged Master's Degree holder.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in higher education or related fields.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep commitment to teaching, student development, and lifelong learning.
