- Set up and operate die-cutting machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and production drawings.
- Install and align cutting dies, plates, and tooling to achieve precise cuts.
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure output quality and accuracy.
- Conduct routine quality checks on finished products, including measurements, alignment, and surface finish.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and blade changes.
- Ensure materials are handled correctly and waste is minimized.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output and efficiency targets.
- Complete production logs, work orders, and equipment maintenance records.
