Job Description

  • Consistently implements product quality standards and procedures.
  • Adheres to safe food handling practices at all times. Champions and monitors food safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen.
  • Ensures that the assigned production areas are clean and in good condition.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least K-12 graduate, or high school graduate with vocational certificate
  • With similar work experience in the same the same capacity for at least 1 year
  • One (1) year solid work experience in similar capacity in food service or hospitality industry preferably from restaurants and hotels
  • Knowledgeable in basic cooking techniques
  • Familiar with food safety policies
