Job Description:
a) Performs routine medical/first aid procedures, conduct welfare activities and attends to medical needs of team members.
b) Responsible in developing and implementing Health & Safety Program.
c) Support existing site occupational health program including but not limited to: fitness to work (i.e. annual physical examination, pre-employment, exit and fitness for duty), medical emergency response, information and health awareness drives, health and wellness program among others.
d) Provides immediate medical care for workplace injuries, accidents, or health incidents, stabilizing patients and coordination with emergency services when necessary.
e) Ensures compliance with occupational health regulations and company health policies, maintaining accurate medical records and reports for audits.
f) Monitors and manages cases of occupational illnesses and injuries, facilitating rehabilitation, modified duties, and reintegration into the workforce.
g) Maintains and inventory medical kits, first aid stations, and emergency equipment and ensuring readiness at all times.
h) Taking patient vital signs (pulse, temperature and blood pressure.
i) Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
j) Any other duties given to you by your superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Nursing with valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or corporate healthcare settings
- Must have Occupational Health Nursing certification or training. Preferably an active member of the Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines (OHNAP).
- Proficient in medical record keeping and health information management systems
- Knowledgeable of occupational health and safety regulations in the Philippines
- With competency in emergency response procedures and workplace injury assessment.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
