About the job Senior Technical Project Manager | WFH | Day Shift

You must be able and willing to work from site in Filinvest City, Alabang (Asian Star Building).

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4 years ago (and growing to 175+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees by 2028.

The Senior Technical Project Manager leads the delivery of complex digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.

The role:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to walk through business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs
  • Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
You and your experience:
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices (scrums, backlog management, delivery tracking, reporting).
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders and translating business into technical requirements.
  • Experience with technical web applications (Vue.Js, Java, Spring).
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite, in particular JIRA and Confluence.
