  • · Completes daily production plan by: scheduling and assigning personnel, knowing the capabilities of manpower, establishing strategies on how to execute effectively the plan, monitoring progress of the production, solving problem that may encounter during operation, revising production schedules when there is unexpected situation and providing production reports.
  • · Directs and supervises production people in production execution and ensure targets are achieved as plan. Encourage the subordinate to work effectively and Efficiently
  • · Responsible in assuring that appropriate measures are in place which has direct impact on food safety. Can identify potential problem that may affect the production. Implement the first line of defense in Food Sabotage, Food Fraud and assure that all personnel are following the Good Manufacturing Procedure in the area.
  • · Coach, mentor or counsel employees in the production to perform based on individual indicators in terms of safety, quality, efficiency and assistance.
  • · Consolidate production report, daily consumption report, verification of production efficiency base on the production output. Assure that the daily production output can achieve the monthly production target.
  • Serve as a main Leader and a role model in the production by showing how production process will be done correctly. And acting the first-line trouble shooting when problem arise in the area

Job Requirements:

  • 4 Years College Graduate any course (Industrial Engineering course).
  • Experience: Supervising manpower and production with awareness in GMP, Food safety and SOP
  • Must be critical in terms of strict adherence into rules and regulations
  • With effective communication and leadership skills
  • Must be goal driven, self-motivated and dedicated on the job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
