About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Merchandiser to join the Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful in-store presentation and promotion of Xiaomi products, contributing to the overall retail success of the brand. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative cooperative.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responsible for the overall in-store merchandising and display of Xiaomi products, ensuring an engaging and visually appealing customer experience
  2. Collaborate with store management to plan and execute effective product positioning and promotional activities
  3. Maintain inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to optimise product availability
  4. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product information and demonstrations
  5. Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to the team
  6. Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new products and merchandising best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail/sales role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with store management and customers
  3. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising and product presentation
  4. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  5. Familiarity with retail metrics and reporting, with the ability to analyse and interpret data
  6. Enthusiasm for the Xiaomi brand and a genuine interest in consumer electronics
