About the role

As a CSR - local account and non voice account - virtual process at CORPORATE VISIONS INC', you will be an integral part of the company's customer service operations, working remotely to provide exceptional support to our valued clients. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests across various communication channels, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other virtual communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and queries with professionalism and empathy
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently
  5. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver a consistently high level of service

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and escalations
  3. Proficiency in using various customer service software and virtual communication tools
  4. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or virtual customer service environment
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
