Audit Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead and manage audit engagements, evaluate risks, ensure compliance, and provide strategic recommendations for improving organizational performance. The Audit Manager will oversee audit teams, maintain strong client/management relationships, and ensure all audits are executed in accordance with professional standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple audit assignments (internal or external) from start to finish.
• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff to ensure high-quality performance.
• Review financial statements, business processes, and internal controls for compliance and accuracy.
• Identify risks, weaknesses, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and present clear and concise audit findings and recommendations to senior management/clients.
• Ensure compliance with auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage audit budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new regulations, and emerging risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and external auditors.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of audit methodologies and practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification preferred: CPA, ACCA, CIA, or CISA.
• At least 5–7 years of audit experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards (ISA, GAAS), financial reporting (IFRS, GAAP), and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
• Proficiency in audit tools and accounting systems (e.g., ACL, IDEA, SAP, Oracle).
