About the role

STI College Tanauan is seeking a qualified Physical Education Instructor to join our team in Tanauan City, Batangas. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to contribute to the academic development of our students.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering engaging and interactive lectures on a variety of PE topics.
  • Implementing lesson plans that challenge students and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Evaluating student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their academic development
  • Providing academic advising and mentorship to students, supporting their personal and professional goals

What we're looking for

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Physical Education, with a strong academic background
  • Preferably with 1-2 years of teaching experience in a tertiary education setting is an advantage.
  • Master's degree in an aligned discipline is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in Physical Education
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team and contribute to the overall development of the program
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students reach their full potential
