Job Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Address property issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Propose strategic acquisition of properties.
  • Reconcile land records regularly and organize land records systematically.
  • Internalized practice of 5S in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • With minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With good presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge in community relations management and social development & management programs.
  • Must be willing to be assigned to Bulacan (with free board and lodging provided).
