KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Receiving of stocks from suppliers or returns from customers.

  2. Ensures that quantity, quality and physical condition of received stocks are correct based on delivery receipt.

  3. Sorts received stocks per floor level and assigned racks.

  4. Stacks merchandise according to size and profile of goods movement whether fast moving, regularly ordered or slow moving.

  5. Check and inspect all returned merchandise from customers based on return slip and sales invoice.

  6. Picked merchandise according to SO, ensures meeting the RDD or lead time.

  7. Keep tracks of minimum inventory level and recommend replenishment to Operations Manager or Procurement Team.

  8. Shuttle merchandise from Cetacio to Severino warehouse.

  9. Ensure clearing and cleaning of working area at all times.

  10. Maintain warehouse 5S: sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain.

  11. Performs other duties as maybe assigned.

SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

  1. Receiving of stocks/merchandise from suppliers or return from customers.

  2. Labeling, stacking, boxing or packaging of individual merchandise.

  3. Inventory management.

  4. Merchandise shuttling/transfer from Cetacio to Severino warehouse.

ADMINISTRATIVE:

  1. Inventory Management.

  2. Docs checking against actual received items.

  3. Inspect returned items.

  4. Pile SO's.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Preferably Highschool graduate, or HS undergraduate with 1+ years of experience on the same field

  2. Basic computer literacy

  3. Knowledgeable on Automotive spare parts and warehouse operations

  4. Keen to details

  5. Good interpersonal relationship

  6. Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision

  7. With high sense of responsibility and accountability
