IT Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.

• Conduct regular maintenance and updates for software and hardware systems.

• Ensure data integrity and backup systems are in place and functioning correctly.

• Install and configure hardware and software components as needed.

• Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure, implementing and managing security protocols.

• Manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors for IT services and products.

• Modify existing software applications to improve functionality and meet changing business needs.

• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications.

• Document project requirements, designs, and solutions.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and software development.

• Proven experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security.

• Experience with software development languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

• Knowledge of database management and query languages (e.g., SQL).

• Proficiency in using development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
