DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including loan agreements, mortgages, deeds of sale, lease agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Assist in policy development to align with legal requirements.
  • Represent the company in courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and regulatory hearings.
  • Handle foreclosure proceedings, collection cases, and enforcement of loan agreements.
  • Safeguard the company's legal and financial interests in all business dealings.
  • Prepare and review compliance reports, filings, and submissions to regulatory agencies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) of Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Must be a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
  • At least 2 - 4 years of legal practice, preferably with experience in real estate, banking/finance, or corporate law.
  • Solid knowledge of Philippine property law, contract law, and financial regulations.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent legal writing and research abilities.
