As a Director of Operations, you will organize and oversee the daily client operations of our company. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must be competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run the business.

The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company's operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

You will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities and will be able to multitask across the assigned duties. You will interact regularly across company departments and/or other members of the company management team, maintaining an open line of communication between staff and senior management.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the assigned client accounts and operations, including monitoring operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training; problem resolution, etc.

You will develop individual and team goals in accordance with client KPIs and SLAs, and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded. You will manage, support, and mentor the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals.

You will ensure compliance with all established company policies and procedures, as well as improve existing or help produce new operations procedures.
