Bolder is searching for a skilled Cloud Systems Engineer with a strong background in Azure and Office 365 administration. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing, monitoring, and decommissioning Azure services, alongside experience supporting Enterprise Data Center servers and Active Directory. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing of the current Azure cloud environments
  • Monitoring and enhancing the security of current and future Azure environments
  • Evaluating and automating the scaling and capacity requirements within Azure environments
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
  • Implementing new environments in the Azure cloud
  • Working with teams to integrate Azure infrastructure components into processes and procedures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Additional duties as assigned

Advanced Technical Proficiencies:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure solutions, including Compute, Storage, Network, and Security services.
  • Knowledge of Backup, Restore, Recovery, and high availability strategies for Azure environments.
  • Familiarity with IaaS and PaaS services; expertise in Windows Server and SQL database management (creation, configuration, upgrade, migration, patching).
  • Skills in troubleshooting performance, connectivity, and security issues in Azure environments, including server and SQL database resource management (CPU, memory, I/O, disk space).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), LDAP, and adherence to standards and processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, Windows Authentication, and network protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP routing/subnetting and Windows operating systems; experience with VPN connectivity and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent PowerShell skills; experience managing Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory (including GPOs).

Base Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting Azure Cloud applications.

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.

  • Preferred certifications: AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate), AZ-204 (Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure), AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

Location & Work Setup:

  • 4 days of work from home,1 day on-site each week
  • Regular PH business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) with flexibility to work EU hours
  • Bolder Philippines, 8th floor, Tower 1, Clark City Front, MA Roxas, 2010 Clark Freeport Zone (Pampanga)
