We are seeking a Functional Consultant with strong technical skills to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of WFM and HCM systems. Experience with Replicon is highly preferred, along with solid functional and technical knowledge in Workforce Management. This role combines business consulting with hands-on work in configuration, integrations, and reporting.

About the Role

What You Will Do:

  • Gather requirements and map business processes to Replicon/WFM/HCM systems.
  • Configure Replicon modules (Time Tracking, Project & Billing, Expense, TimeOff).
  • Build reports, support integrations (ERP, Payroll, HRIS), and troubleshoot issues.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of product updates.

Your knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Functional/Technical Consultant in WFM/HCM platforms
  • Strong Replicon experience preferred (Workday or SAP SuccessFactors acceptable)
  • Solid understanding of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processes
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, APIs/web services, and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting clients in the healthcare industry (preferred)
