Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM standards, templates, and libraries at project and corporate levels.
  • Ensure BIM practices are consistent and meet industry standards
  • Conduct internal training and promote BIM to raise staff awareness and skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in BIM practices.
  • Author BIM execution plans and lead various stakeholders to run BIM projects.
  • Maximize the value of BIM in engineering projects, including drawing production, system analysis, and Bill of Quantities.
  • Lead the BIM team and develop skills in various BIM technologies.
  • Ensure the team is proficient in BIM software and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Building Construction Engineering or related field.
  • Professional member of BIM associations.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience using BIM in building design or construction projects.
  • Ability to lead a team of BIM Coordinators, BIM Modelers, and Design Engineers to complete BIM projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, 3D Max, Point Cloud, Fuzor, BIM360.
  • Good communication skills with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
  • Good command of English.
