Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing, validating, and processing claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collect, verify, and organize claim documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, policyholders, or employees regarding claim status and requirements.
  • Maintain and update claim records in internal databases or systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, or internal departments to obtain missing information or resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure that claims are processed following regulatory guidelines (e.g., Philippine Insurance Code or HMO policies).
  • Generate and submit claim-related reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, insurance, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in claims processing, insurance, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify errors or discrepancies
  • Familiarity with claims processing systems, MS Office (Excel, Word), and database management.
