Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Barista role located in Taguig. The Senior Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in workstations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves mentoring junior baristas, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries with professionalism. As a key team member, the Senior Barista will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with Hatch + Hoolman Studio's values of creativity and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with barista skills, including preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
  • Customer service expertise with a focus on creating a welcoming and positive experience
  • Knowledge of food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous leadership experience or mentoring skills is a plus
  • Passion for coffee, creativity, and contributing to a community-driven space
