JOB OBJECTIVE:

  • Performs administrative functions such as facilitating the release of loan check and ensuring compliance of the borrower to loan documents/requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Informs the client regarding loan such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds and documentation requirements prior to release of loan.
  • Ensures that borrower/co-borrower/co-maker complies with the required documents prior to release of loan proceed.
  • Verifies the completeness, validity and authenticity of all documents submitted by the borrower/co-borrower/co-maker.
  • Facilitates signing of legal documents to borrowers/co-borrowers/co-makers such as Promissory Note (PN), Disclosure Statement (DS), Chattel Mortgage (CHM), and other document required.
  • Tagging of released accounts and provides system generated printed copy of PDC list / Amortization Schedule to clients.

Prepares and submits the following reports to the Immediate Superior on a daily and monthly basis:

Accounts Released - Head

  • For Mortgage Collateral Accounts Released - Documentation Assistant
  • Facilitates releasing of loan proceeds to borrowers after completing the required documentations and cancellation of loan checks that are not claimed by borrowers.
  • Prepares check requests for loan proceeds and agent's commission.
  • Consolidates and ensures proper filing and scanning of all loan documents.

  • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time

  • Qualifications:

Must hold any College Degree

  • Minimum of 6 months (though fresh graduates/those without experience are welcome to apply)
  • Skill Sets & Competencies:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in document checking.
  • Basic understanding of loan products.
  • Proactive and resilient attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
