DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance to purchasing policy
• Process purchase requisitions and ensure that requests received are delivered on time
• Responsible in handling Purchasing functions such as proper coordination with Outsource Service Suppliers and Requestors
• Monitors suppliers performance in accordance with required delivery dates and accuracy of items delivered.
• Conducts timely performance evaluation of service suppliers
• Monitor contracts and service agreements of service suppliers.
• Implementation of Plans & Program base non agreed schedule
• Meet target set by the Department
• Compliance to set department's budget.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement.
• Strong understanding of business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with driving skills and with driver's license.
