Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiation Oncology team in Bay, Laguna. Experience in Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Oncology is an advantage but not required. Newly licensed RRTs are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be willing to be trained in specialized areas and ready to start immediately.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine or Radiation Oncology is an advantage but not required
  • Physically fit to carry heavy equipment
  • Willing to relocate to Bay, Laguna
  • Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate radiotherapy machines (linear accelerator, brachytherapy unit) and diagnostic equipment (CT scan, mobile x-ray) safely and effectively
  • Assist in radiotherapy planning alongside medical physicists and radiation oncologists
  • Prepare adjunctive medications and radiographic contrast materials
  • Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery according to prescribed plans
  • Perform quality control tests and maintain records for all radiotherapy equipment
  • Carry out daily quality assurance checks and report incidents as needed
  • Maintain patient registries and respond to patient needs before, during, and after treatment
  • Follow hospital radiation safety protocols and participate in emergency response activities
  • Assist in training students and interns when required
  • Participate in meetings, continuing education, and performance appraisals
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Radiotherapy Technologist
