About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients and internal hiring needs. This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for people, and an interest in the recruitment or HR field.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have At least 2 years of experience in International Recruitment specifically in an Australian company/client.
  • Experience in a recruitment or agency/RPO and in-house.
  • Understanding of full-recruitment cycle.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. LinkedIn recruiter, Seek, Boolean, Greenhouse).
  • Good communication skills, Attention to detail, Proactive attitude, Flexibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
