Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical control panels according to project specifications and industry standards.
Create panel layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using CAD software.
Select and specify components such as circuit breakers, relays, switches, and meters.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate with suppliers to source required electrical components.
Work closely with technicians and electricians during panel assembly and wiring.
Conduct functional testing, inspection, and troubleshooting to ensure panel performance and safety.
Provide technical support and guidance to the fabrication team.
Communicate project status, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements in design efficiency and cost optimization.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in electrical panel design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in electrical panel design and development (preferred).
Proficient in 2D CAD software for schematic and layout design.
Strong knowledge of electrical components, circuits, and systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification is an advantage.
