Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Orientation

  • Lead and optimize onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new-hire experience.
  • Oversee pre-employment requirements, orientation schedules, and coordination with hiring managers and support teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance new-hire productivity and engagement.

2. Benefits Administration

  • Oversee the administration of company benefits programs (health, government-mandated benefits, allowances, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate enrollment, updates, and reconciliation with insurance and government agencies.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with policies and SLAs.

3. Payroll Coordination

  • Supervise payroll processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Partner with Finance and Payroll teams to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and streamline processes.
  • Implement controls and audits to maintain data integrity.

4. Offboarding & Separation Management

  • Oversee exit processes including final pay computation, clearance, and exit interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Identify trends from exit insights to support retention and engagement strategies.

5. Employee Relations & HR Support

  • Provide leadership on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolutions.
  • Support managers in addressing performance, conduct, and engagement concerns.
  • Work closely with Legal, HRBPs, and leadership teams on case management and policy enforcement.

6. Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor the People Services team, driving a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze metrics and develop action plans to improve service delivery and employee experience.
  • Ensure effective documentation, compliance, and standardization of policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php180, Php200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • People Services: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources: 8 years (Preferred)
