Job Type: FULL TIME

Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient COUNTER CREW to join our team . The COUNTER CREW will handle all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers.
  • Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and manage credit/debit card payments.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Assist with order taking, packaging, and delivering orders to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and surrounding areas.
  • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php10, Php10,900.00 per month
