Key Accounts Executive (Modern Trade)

Location: Sucat, Parañaque

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow our modern trade accounts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in FMCG or food distribution who excels at account management, sales growth, and strategic collaboration with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales with assigned modern trade key accounts.
  • Negotiate listings, promotions, and trading terms within approved parameters.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, billing, and inventory management.
  • Monitor store performance, merchandising execution, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
  • Support the development of customer business plans and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned individually or as part of a committee.

Qualifications:

Non-negotiable:

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to work onsite with the specified schedule.

Nice-to-have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, customer business planning, and joint business planning.
  • Familiarity with modern trade operations and retailer systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
