Key Responsibilities

  • System Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and patches of ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Business Process Support: Analyze business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize ERP solutions that align with business objectives.
  • User Training & Support: Provide training and first-level support to end-users on ERP system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain system stability.
  • Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within SAP systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Develop and implement integration strategies for ERP systems with other business applications and collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system enhancements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
