SALES STAFF

Position Title: Sales Associate

Location: Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas (Warehouse or Branch)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maximizing sales of surplus goods from different countries. They help customers find products, answer queries, and assist in keeping the store organized and attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide product assistance.
• Explain product details (origin, condition, usage, price).
• Suggest complementary items to increase sales.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accuracy in cashiering (if assigned).
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of assigned area.
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory movement.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate; retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and has a customer-first attitude.
• Willing to be trained and work on weekends or holidays.
• Willing to be assigned at warehouse or branch in Pulang Lupa, Las Piñas.
