Job Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Monitoring
  • Consolidates schedules, housing priorities, and prerequisites (land development, clearings, staking) to align with energization and utility service delivery.
  • Coordination & Scheduling
  • Holds pre-checking meetings with engineers, cascades installation/energization timelines to contractors and providers, and reallocates plans for new phases or off-schedule developments.
  • Resource & Implementation Management
  • Coordinates mobilization of contractors, utility providers, and resources to ensure smooth execution of additional facilities or site requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Consolidates project status data (completed facilities, energized units, activated services), validates with engineers and records, and prepares visual/narrative reports for management to resolve issues and bottlenecks.
  • Site Oversight & Issue Resolution
  • Conducts site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with standards, address daily concerns (material shortages, contractor issues), document risks, and provide accurate updates for reliable utility delivery.

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Exposed to LGU and External Contractors transactions
  • Background in Meralco (or Cooperative Power Provider) application, permits processing, and water system management is REQUIRED
  • Knowledge in Basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven, possesses utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Preferably with a Driver's License and can drive a light vehicle

Working Conditions

  • Assignment will be in Ortigas, Pasig City, NCR but should also available for mixed work-from-home arrangement and field works;
  • Amenable to have official transactions and meetings in multiple sites/locations in Luzon (Calabarzon 4A and/or Central Luzon). Transportation will be provided
