Role Purpose

The SCM Demand Associate is responsible for forecasting customer demand, analyzing sales trends, and coordinating with internal teams to align supply with business needs. This role ensures product availability and helps maintain optimal inventory levels. It involves data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with key departments such as SCM, Customer Care, and Operations and Logistics to drive forecast accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market insights, and seasonality trends.
  • Monitor and report forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and potential supply risks.
  • Support inventory planning and replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
  • Recommend process enhancements and assist in the implementation of planning tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate planning inputs.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or related functions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or demand planning software is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative work approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
