SAQ Officer

• Site Identification and Research:Identifying potential sites for telecom infrastructure based on network planning, coverage requirements, and technical feasibility. This includes researching land ownership, zoning regulations, and site suitability.
• Negotiation and Acquisition:Negotiating lease agreements with property owners, managing site acquisition costs, and ensuring all necessary legal documentation is in place.
• Permitting and Approvals:Leading the permitting process with local government units (LGUs) and other relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Project Management:Managing the end-to-end site acquisition process, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Liaison and Communication:Maintaining communication with various stakeholders, including property owners, LGUs, internal teams (engineering, legal), and other relevant parties.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of site acquisition activities, preparing reports on progress and challenges, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Regulations:Staying up-to-date on local zoning laws, property regulations, and telecom-specific permitting requirements.
